SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- Delays caused by courier partners, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- Shipment tracking details will be shared with customers via SMS or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
SECTION 6 – RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
- No return, refund, or replacement shall be accepted once a product—especially seeds or biologicals—has been opened or used.
- In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof sent via WhatsApp to +91 9169006100 or by email.
- Any complaints or replacement requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
- Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes once an order has been successfully delivered as per the product description.

Product performance is influenced by numerous uncontrollable factors such as climate, soil conditions, storage practices, pest pressure, and user handling.
In the unlikely event that liability is established by a competent authority, the maximum compensation payable shall be limited to ₹5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only), irrespective of the order value. No claims beyond this limit shall be entertained under any circumstances.
SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
