Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of products are exempt from returns. We do not accept items that have been used.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
